I’m Sammie O’Neal, an award winning lifestyle and events photographer behind Snaps by Sammie, serving San Antonio, TX and Nashville, TN. My work has been featured by The Kelly Clarkson Show, Westhaven Magazine, Spring Hill Local, and Neighbors of Franklin Magazine, and I love partnering with local businesses, magazines, publishers, and community organizations like the our local Chamber of Commerce to help tell meaningful stories through photography.
For the past 12 years, I’ve been capturing people as they really are. The big moments, the in between moments, the laughter, the connection, and sometimes the beautiful chaos too. My approach is relaxed, natural, and focused on creating photos that actually feel like you.
Outside of photography, I’m a wife and mom to a busy 7 year old, which means I understand that life is rarely perfectly put together and honestly, that’s where the magic usually is.
